"Beautiful grounds and simple but very clean, functional and spacious room. We lacked nothing. The views from our room, from the lobby and eating areas were all incredible. It is one of the more relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Buffet breakfast is a must for anyone going. The food was excellent and liked that the had both Korean food and western food. Parking was easy. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Hotel was ok and the room was nice however the pool was half closed as was the water park and theme park. Definitely of note the water park charges extra for inner tubes and life jackets and requires everyone to wear life jackets in the wave pool and lazy river which is unusual."

"Beautiful property, but so expansive it makes more sense to drive to different areas. Room and apartment layout were great. One of my kids had a fever so they were flexible enough to let me get extra bedding for free for another kid so they could sleep separately and not get sick sleeping next to each other. Surprised by free admission tickets to the theme park nearby."

"I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service."
