Ufff they need a lot of training in several areas in the hotel specially in cleaning and maintenance
Actitude of some of the staff but there is not much to choose from regarding hotels in Sarajevo

"Just to be clear off the bat - this property appears to have been completely remodelled inside and out. When I walked in the front door, it almost still had that new house smell. It has the fancy electronic key card, where none of the lights or electrical outlets operate unless the card is inserted. ..."
