Escape to a cozy studio nestled in the unspoiled Kozjansko region.
This retreat blends comfort with wilderness, perfect for couples, small families, solo travelers, or an alternative home office. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, one bedroom with double bed and one double sleeping bed. Pets are welcome to stay including children.
Wake up to birdsong, enjoy coffee on the patio, host friends gathering and connect with nature at estate - featuring a vast green-lawns, private pond and nearby trails.
The studio includes a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and modern amenities.

Placed underneath the mountain of Bohor (Slovenia), bordering on the Eastern Slovene Prealps and typical Pannonian landscape, Hiša Podlog lays on a small farm estate carrying the name‘Znoj’ (l.t. Sweat) was occupied since approx. 1900. The name and the farm-house are probably the true indicators of the conditions first owners were battling with. Typical Kozjansko region farm-house reveals the family struggle for survival: modest construction style with no fundaments, central room with small ceramic stove connected to open ‘black kitchen’, with
wooden chimney.
The studio apartment has been entirely refurbished in spring 2024 and we hope you will be able to enjoy all the amenities and most importantly, the vast private land featuring private pond, traditional apple and pear orchard for your time in close connection with nature.
