It is on hill and has beautifu Seaview. It takes few minutes walking to get to the main square, markets, restaurants, as well as other town facilities. The distance from sea is 700m. You can reach the nearest beach in 15 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car. Newly renovated comfortable apartment is available for 9 persons (120m2). It consists of fully equipped kitchen, hall, 2 bathroom and three bedrooms. Both kitchen and south bedroom have sea view an balcony. There are big balcony with lounge and big table where you can enjoy your meals and have a quiet time overlooking the city. Living room has satellite TV and air condition units. Apartment is equipped with new and modern household furniture and is nicely designed. Apartment has private free parking. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.Apartment has private free parking.
