### Spacious apt with terrace and beautiful sea view

House is only 500m distance from the   
beach and only 1 km distance from the historic center of Senj.  
  
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has an area of 130 square meters. It consists of a large living room of 20 square meters, where there is a sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee maker and a microwave. In the dining room there is a large table with chairs. Three bedrooms offer accommodation for 6 people total. Two bedrooms have large double beds, and the third room has a double bed and a single bed.  
The bathroom is also fully equipped and in addition to the basic necessities we provide you with the towels, hair dryer and washing machine.  
  
The most beautiful part of the apartment is the large teracce with and area of 50 square meteres with a beautiful view. A part of it is in the shade and there is a table with benches for 8people.   
  
Behind the house there is a large barbecue with the woods provided. You can use it to barbecue or prepare food under the baking bell (Croatian “peka”).   
  
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.  
  
Within the house there are 3 parking spaces.  
The price of accommodation includes all facilities such as WI-FI, wood for the barbecue, air-conditioning, parking, electricity, water and garbage collection.

#### Schöner Urlaub

Zwei schöne Wochen durften wir in diesem Haus verbringen, welches in zwei Appartements aufgeteilt ist. Die Appartements sind mit dem nötigsten an Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Eine Spühlmaschine findet man leider nur im oberen Bereich. So muss man sein Geschirr, sofern man selber kocht oder den tollen Grillpatz verwendet, immer in den ersten Stock befördern. Einen Toaster findet man nicht, dafür einen Sandwichmaker, was völlig in Ordnung ist, da man damit auch gut toasten kann. Ansonsten ist alles ok. Oben am Berg gelegen hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Einziger Nachteil, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, ist der Rückweg. Hier geht es teilweise steil nach oben. Man kann aber auch ohne weiteres mit dem Auto an den Parkplatz im Hafenbereich fahren (Kosten 7 Kunar je Stunde). Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf jegliche Fragen in kürzester Zeit! Steht einem auch sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank nochmal die die Fam. Nekić für die sehr freundliche Betreuung!

#### Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist bestens für einen Familienurlaub mit mehren Generationen geeignet. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Krk. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die schöne Terrasse mit Grill sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, ein früherer Check-in war problemlos möglich und gekühlte Getränke standen schon für uns bereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
