Very personal handling with fantastic service and support. If I should mention one negative thing (and I really don’t want to) is that they could reduce the amount ‘perfume’ when arriving in the lobby. Luckily not that bad in the rooms.

Have stayed at this hotel several times - and it have always been a good experience. This time, I stayed at the large room - very comfortable, quit (despite the heavy traffic from the road). All works well!! Reception time is limited - but it is very easy to get in via the key-boxes outside - (and the code that is given).

Night in Senica

Nice small hotel close to the city center and bus station. Shops and park where you can spend nice time walking is also in vicinity. Breakfast was tasty and staff was nice. The only negative was traffic noise coming from street and also we could here our neighbors in next room talking, mostly through bathroom ventilation.

Disappointed

The hotel advertises a restaurant but it was mint open. There was nobody on reception. There were men arguing loudly and a lot of bangs and crashes until 11pm. I did not feel safe.

Wellness facility out of service!

Decent hotel for one night, but don't expect working wellness facility (out of service for couple of months already, you'll get this info on your check in, of course you cannot cancel your booking anymore), nor 24/7 reception. If you need anything from the reception you need to wake up and come down between 0700-0900am no matter what. Same with the breakfast. Lounge bar / restaurant not in service as well.

Útulný hotýlek v centru kousek od golfu

Velmi hezký hotýlek v centru kousek od náměstí u hlavní silnice. Skvělá snídaně. Škoda, že je wellness v rekonstrukci. Jen by mohlo být mnohem méně vůně v pokojích. Byla nastříkaná i na závěsech a nešla vyvětrat. Citlivým lidem by to mohlo dělat problém.

Grand Hotel Senica

S hotelem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Všude čisto a voňavo :-) Malý, hezký wellness. Snídaně taky ok. Velké plus hotelu jsou jeho zaměstnanci. Měli jsme štěstí na samé milé a usměvavé dámy. Jediná drobná vada hotelu je jeho umístění u docela rušné silnice. Takže kdo má lehké spaní a potřebuje mít v noci otevřené okno, měl by si vybrat pokoj s okny situovanými do parku.
