The covered patio and living room have an amazing view of Seneca Rocks. Seneca Creek wanders by at the bottom of the hill with native trout fishing. The tranquility of this property is worth the trip. We have put a lot of effort into making this house comfortable from the covered patio/outdoor living space in warmer weather to the coziness of the inside. we have tried to provide what you need for your stay here. We have opened some additional space in the basement with two Futons, a television and games. This space is partially finished and will be finished this winter. Due to the drought this summer, we drilled a new well to get better water pressure. Two plumbers have checked the water and tested it and it just being treated for hardness and has a small amount of iron. all of which is being treated effectively. The water issues are over even though we hope for no more drought.
