The 220m² vacation home Cas Motatxet is located in the town of Sencelles in central Majorca, one of Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the home and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open and closed terraces, all for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill for private use as well.

The home is a 5 to 15 (3.5 to 12 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The home is 30 to 35 minutes (25 to 25 km) by car from beautiful beaches, such as Platja de Na Patana on Alcudia bay, and Platja de Can Pere Antoni on Palma bay. Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Coll des Tords and the Carmi de Sa Bisbal hiking areas in the midst of the Trasmutana mountains 30 minutes (20 km) away by car. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro just 12 minutes (11 km) by car from the home. The Sincelles area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 24 minute (25 km) drive from the home.
