Family home

  • Family house of 140 m2 with 5 bedrooms, a private garden with dining area and children's games.
    As the house is inhabited all year round, a large part of the necessities (sheets, kitchen equipment, board games etc.) remain on site.
    Ideally located in a very quiet hamlet, it is also close to the Royan ring road, which allows quick access to all the activities offered in the surrounding towns. There are shops nearby (even accessible by bike). It is also a short drive from the beaches of St Georges de Didonne and Meschers.
    Warning: the cats stay on site, they are extremely cuddly and used to children.
