Although close to things, it was such a quiet, peaceful villa. Lots of privacy which was also nice. The service was great, super friendly staff and breakfast delicious and fresh. Reception area was really nice and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was really big and clean, so was the pool area. The location of the hotel was great. We love to walk so getting around for us was perfect. If I had to nic pick, the water stopped working for a couple of hours but we were going out so it was fixed by the time we came back. They communicate via whatsapp so there is no phone in the room. The rooms were kept immaculately clean, private pool was a pleasure to view as well as swim, and they gave us a ride to a closeby area. I shouldn't forget to mention that the breakfast they serve (inclusive) was too beautiful (instagrammable) plus tasty and healthy. In the evenings ,they would not forget to come spray our room with insect repellants, light our mosquito coils by our pool, and give a turndown service. The staff were friendly and helpful. As many other reviews have stated the temporary entrance area is not easy to find and feels unsafe if entering after dark. Looks great in the picture but that’s where it ends. Yes I can see how it would have potential but the toilet was smelly and dirty, too many mirrors, the sheets were stained, the couches and chairs were all stained and the lobby is nonexistent and you have to enter the property down a smelly wet tiny alleyway. The pool was dirty and I wouldn’t use it at all just a complete disappointment.
