The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side.
Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier.
Staff very helpful and lovely.
Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great.
Beach club was nice.
Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua.
Over all beautiful accommodation and service.
