Have always enjoyed Santika hotels, but this one was disappointing. Had a problem with my reservation so my agent tried to call the hotel. But phones were completely out of service. And remained so when I checked out the next day. Even trying to reach the front desk or room service was impossible. Lobby disappointing, rooms were basic, breakfast unexciting. Staff indifferent. We are happy that we chose this hotel, staff are polite, a character of Javanese people.
