Have always enjoyed Santika hotels, but this one was disappointing. Had a problem with my reservation so my agent tried to call the hotel. But phones were completely out of service. And remained so when I checked out the next day. Even trying to reach the front desk or room service was impossible. Lobby disappointing, rooms were basic, breakfast unexciting. Staff indifferent.
