The apartment is located on the first floor of a house without elevator, in triplex On the first floor is the first double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a washing machine. On the second floor is the open living room with the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Everything is available to make you feel at home. In the living room we find a beautiful hearth, this decorative fireplace as well as the beautiful wooden beams provide a warm and typical atmosphere. The living room has a sofa bed where two people can also sleep, there is also a flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels. On the third floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs. Pas adapté aux familles (selon moi) avec enfants en bas âges notamment à cause des nombreux escaliers. Le logement reste cosy et très bien décoré a noté tout de même que l’annonce porte à confusion avec le lave vaisselle inexistant. Un gros loupé niveau propreté /ménage malgré une bonne réactivité de l’agence. Le logement manque cruellement de volets (pour la lumière, la chaleur et les nuisances sonores).
