"We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived...

"Inefficiency large breakfast buffet for the number of guests in March. Bed a bit basic, No coffee facilities in room or lobby so 4* questionable in my mind considering the bed. Views from breakfast restaurant are excellent. I did not use the pool. Dedicated parking spaces for hotel were plentiful in March but probably insufficient in July/August. "
