Vacation Retreat! Home w/ Pool, Hot Tub, Free WiFi, & Private Washer/Dryer
Situated just a short distance from the beautiful Fenwick Island beaches, Mallard Lakes offers easy access to the sun, sand, and surf! This family friendly vacation townhome features 2 bedrooms and 1 full plus 1 half bath and is the perfect getaway with all the comforts of home. Amenities include central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 TVs and WiFi. Enjoy your mornings relaxing out in the sun room overlooking one of the community lakes! The kids will love fishing in one of the salt-water and fresh-water lakes or spending time with family and friends in one of the community pools. The lovely playground offers a wonderful safe space for children to play and make lasting vacation memories. Just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Community Recreation Fee of $90.00 per week payable to Mallard Lakes office.
