Optional Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 5+ for the use of the community's amenities. 2026 summer rates are $70 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. Amenities include:
