Family Beach Week
The property had everything we needed to have a restful and relaxing beach week. The place was comfortable and had plenty of beds for 5 people. Mallard lakes is a great place to have a family get away with the available pool and other recreational activities

FAMILY TIMES
My Family stayed here in July. 2023. A great feature is 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. They look to be newly renovated. Most rentals at Mallards have only 1 full bath and it is located on second floor, which means exeryone shares. With Chris's property the 2 full baths on second floor allow for more privacy for families. Mallard Lakes is great for families, there are 2 large pools, tennis shuffle board and we like to ride our bikes. Just 10 min to OC MD where parking is free if you go to beach for day.

Perfect host
Chris was so great at responding! I booked 2 months in advance and had several questions during that time span. Regardless if it was before I booked or the day of, he responded quickly! He was very accommodating and the home was as expected. Kitchen had everything I could have needed, property was clean, and beds were pretty comfy. Lots of games and things to do onsite. We would certainly stay again.

Beach weekend
We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this home in a quiet neighborhood near the beach - and the restaurants nearby. We were very lucky for end of September and had warm, sunny days and enjoyed the beach where we saw many dolphins and even a whale 🐳 we would highly recommend this place which had everything you need in a home away from home. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Mallard Lakes. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was great for us. Communication with the owner was easy and the amenities both in the home and neighborhood were enjoyed by the whole family.

Great location - nice and quiet and tucked in the back. Grounds well kept. The condo was nice with ample space. Chris very easy and prompt responses. No problems but cleaning service before visit started could have been a little more thorough.

Perfect house for our family of 5. It was clean and had all of the necessities (beach chairs, boogie boards) for a beach trip. The kids loved the pool and basketball courts. Chris was very responsive to our messages. The entire process was easy. There are lots of activities and restaurants near by.

Great location and community accommodations
Mallard Lakes is a quiet community packed with a lot of amenities (pickle ball, tennis, swimming pool, shuffle board, corn hole, volley ball, playgrounds and walking and biking throughout). If you want to kayak on the lake, bike around the complex, or sit on the beach, Chris has those items available to use as well. The property is close to the beach and Chris was a wonderful host. The condo has plenty of seating area and the screened in porch was wonderful. There were 5 of us staying there.

Quiet relaxing neighborhood
We enjoyed staying in Mallard Lakes. It is a quiet , relaxing neighborhood. We enjoyed the pools. They kids enjoyed rides bikes around the neighborhood and playing pickle ball. The town house was very clean and comfortable.

Nice week at Mallard Lakes
Enjoyed our week here, especially the 2nd bathroom upstairs with shower. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate out most every night. Just had a little breakfast/lunch at the condo. Beds were very comfortable! Enjoyed screened in porch w/table playing monopoly when grandson came over. Great week, thanks!

Great condo
Chris is a super host. His communication is thorough and responds to questions quickly. He wants to ensure that the renter has a great vacation. This condo isa gem! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great.

Nice place to stay in a quiet beach community
Fenwick Island is one of the quieter beach communities, not so crowded. The townhouse has lots to offer, with kayaks and bikes to use and community pools a short walk away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, but also the option of cooking at 'home'. The Fenwick Island State Park offered a beautiful and not crowded beach with restrooms available and parking for only $10 a day. Plenty of golf not too far away and a couple of nice wineries too.

Lovely stay at “My three suns”! Clean property, conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. This being April, we had the beach almost all to ourselves! And the house had a very homey feeling to it, with all the conveniences. Thanks for hosting us, Chris!

Valentines Weekend Away
Chris was a great host, the condo was beautiful, very clean and plenty of room! We lucked out with a beautiful February weekend, and the property is in such a convenient location, cl9se to the beach, many bars and restaurants and entertainment venues as well! We didn't bring the kids this time but would have been a perfect size if we did! Definitely dive into this rental, totally worth it!

Pleasant Neighborhood
Just returned from a wonderful stay at My Three Suns. Very clean and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Stayed here with 4 tween/teens. Plenty of beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Pools and rec areas are also clean and very well maintained. Thanks so much Chris for sharing your space and your boogie board! We had a great week!

Everything was better than expected. Very clean, nicely furnished and plenty of amenities including soaps, towels, kitchen items, spices and even toilet paper! Comfy beds. Loved the location- very quiet and peaceful with several goose families around. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great! Fully stocked with everything we needed to have a beautiful holiday brunch. The bedrooms fit a lot of kiddos:). The family room space is bigger than it looks and the decor is really nice. We loved our time at “My 3 Suns” and would love to return.

What a wonderful place and location. We were minutes to the beach, and minutes to to a boating excursion on Assawoman bay. This property provides all the towels and sheets, which made it quite simple for us. It’s a lovely community. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is in excellent condition and very conveniently laid out for our family. We had friends visit through the week and enjoyed having drinks and snacks on the back porch. The owner supplied sheets, towels, misc kitchen and outdoor items, and of course instructions to any and everything we needed. The beach featured a not so enjoyable west wind through some of the week but it was great to come back to the community and enjoy doing some crabbing, kayaking, and swimming. This vacation was just what our family needed to help round out the summer and this house played a huge role in our enjoyment. We would absolutely love to rent again as well as recommend to friends and family.

Pleasant teacher get-away.
My stay lasted nearly 3 weeks. I am a teacher and this was a great, extended break for me. My adult daughter and her two children also stayed the whole time, thanks to the work online option for her and wifi provided. My other two adult children and their families came at different times during the stay. This is a great location, just a few minutes drive to the beach and a friendly community. There are several small piers and ponds great for fishing or crabbing. Finding parking at the beach was no issue. The outdoor shower is awesome!! There are two nice bathrooms inside, with showers, no bath tub. My 14 month grand daughter loved her kitchen sink bath though since the sink is deep!! Speaking of the kitchen, it is very well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was nice having the half bath right off the kitchen also. The bedrooms are spacious, we easliy fit a port-a-crib in both, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets are provided. The back screened porch is great!! There is a ceiling fan out there, party lights, and a beer frig!! Great place for playing games, as well as watching the geese roam about. I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay here again. Chris is very receptive to inquiries and responds quickly. I did mention a few things that need attention and I'm sure he will look into them. (The living room tv turns off after differing time increments, the knob is off of the front screen door, the front door blinds are missing slates, and the oven door doesnt seal properly when heated - but can still be used) I repeat- this is a great place to stay while visiting the area!!

A Wonderful Week At The Beach
We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood in Fenwick Island. Our family had plenty of room for the week. We stayed with our 3 grown sons so it was nice to have the space, and not feel like we were bumping into each other. The house had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the screen porch and enjoying the pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, basketball courts and volleyball courts. There really was something for everyone in this community, and we were only a ten minute ride to the beach. A perfect get away for all.

Fabulous week of vacation
Plenty of space on the proprerty. Confortable furniture and bedding. Fully equipped for every situation. Nice location near everything. We especially the Rehoboth beach and the Ocean city boardwalk. We recommand this place without hesitation.
