- Ready to relax? Our stylishly updated 4BR/2BA beach house is the perfect home base for your family’s next coastal escape. Less than a mile from both Delaware & Maryland beaches, this canal-front gem gives you quick access to sun, sand, and serenity and we have the added bonus of using the kayaks (for free) to explore Assawoman Bay straight from the backyard. ;)
