One of the bunks has a double bed on bottom to accommodate older children or couples. Less than two miles from Fenwick and Ocean City beaches this place offers an experience for anyone. Vacation without leaving the neighborhood! Mallard Lakes has two swimming pools, two playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, picnic areas and more! This home is located on one of the Tidal Lakes which provides a beautiful backdrop from your private back porch as well as an opportunity for crabbing and fishing. No pets per HOA rental rules. \*Please note - renters will need to provide their own linens by bringing them or using a linen service. Owner can recommend a linen service. \*\*Mandatory fee is required for parking and amenity use. $150 for up to 6 guests for the full week, payable upon arrival at the clubhouse.
