Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. All Guest must register at pool office and pay $85 recreation/parking fee for up to 6 persons/$100 for up to 8 persons per week. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to mid to late September. If pool is not open a $40 parking fee is required. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises. We had 2 adult couples and it was set up great for us. Beautiful sunroom and well stocked. Location is convenient to OC and is in a quiet off the road neighborhood. Only issue we almost had was that the hours of the Mallard Lakes office where you pick up your parking permit were incorrect on the information we were given which almost caused us to have to reschedule our day.
