There is one guest suite bedroom on the first floor with an adjoining full shower/bathroom on 1st floor...offering a 2nd full bedroom on the first floor allows for guests to have more options, without going up the steps. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. We really appreciated all of the bikes and beach gear. Host was very responsive, even coming over once to turn on water to the outside spigot so we could avoid tracking sand inside. Overall it was a great stay. Not anything to do with the house, but if we stayed again, we’d probably skip the amenities pass, or go with 3 days instead of 7\. They were pricey and we definitely didn’t use them enough. This was our second time here following a week in the beginning of July with our children and grandchildren. Our host, Alan, was easy to communicate with and seemed to go over and above to make our stay memorable. Our group included 4 adult children w/spouses and 3 small children, and there was ample room for everyone. The home is decorated in a beach theme w/fun painted murals & very comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed was supplied including bikes, scooters, and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions & went above and beyond to meet our needs. Found this lovely home last year and loved everything about it SO much that we dipped our toes in for a 2nd time! The neighborhood is ideal for small kids, as well as the garage! Toys, bikes, fishing gear! Who could ask for more? Oh wait, the inside! Alan & Susan are on top of it all and we couldn't be happier to have found this property! House was perfect. 7 children under 6\. They had a blast and so happy to discover a “secret” room just for them. Adults room’s comfie. Used community facilities.
