Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, enclosed porch and outside shower. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. No pets. Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The rooms were nice and there were enough towels for everyone. The home is older and a little outdated but who cares when you’re at the beach! It served its purpose. We found this unique 3 bedroom, which is why we chose it this year. We enjoyed the extra space. However, the ceiling fan in the living room did not work all week and the tv options were very limited. We were only able to log into our Netflix.
