When my husband and I were looking for rental properties in the DE beaches area, we noticed that so many were owned by a large property management company. We wanted to stay at a rental that wasn't just a number, as we wanted to have good communication as needed with the host. Fawn had great communication from the very beginning. She answered any and all questions, and was so pleasant to communicate with. The first thing we noticed when we entered the property was how clean it was. Cleanliness at hotels and rental properties is so important to us, and clearly is to Fawn. This helped us truly relax and feel at home. I was blown away by the attention to detail with helpful appliances in the kitchen. From a glass electric kettle, to a hard boiled egg cooker, to a slow cooker, the kitchen ŵas well stocked without being cluttered. Fawn's attention to detail was evident throughout the rental. I loved having plenty of coasters available throughout the condo. The decor in the rooms was fantastic. Coordinated and nice, but not overdone. Having three bedroom suites was so exciting for the kids, and helped our large family with logistics of multiple people being able to shower at once.
