The downfall was that 2 big light bulbs were burnt out and we called on 2nd day of stay when the lights burnt out and no one ever came to replace them. The second one was that the dishwasher didn’t work properly as when you turned on with dishwasher pod soap and water ran out. I can hardly believe no one else ever complained. When we dropped off our keys I told them about the problems and they didn’t even apologized.
