We liked the location for our family reunion. However, 2 of 3 bathrooms were missing panels in the cabinetry, one sink didn't work, the laundry room walls had stains on them. However, what they do not post on the initial house info is that you have to travel to an office 20 minutes away to get the key to the home, and then travel again back to this office to drop off the key for checkout!!!! Have never experienced anything like this in a home rental before. They also clearly have nobody around the property ever, so they do not let you use the garbage bins if you are leaving on a pickup day and you need to drop off all garbage at the local garbage dump!! They also provided outdated information (by a few years) as to where the garbage dump is located. Nothing like driving around with piles of garbage in your car for 30 minutes in search of a garbage dump.Would not stay at a Vacasa house again- when we asked them why they couldn't bring the key to us since they are property managers, they stated they are essentially just a laundry service provider for the owner. It was an amazing location, walking distance on the night of the concert and we heard the concert the night before. There were 3 bedrooms, one bathroom was down the hall from the bedroom (instead of en suite) so that was minimally awkward. Also, the paperwork stated we needed to dispose of out trash—we never found the dumpster on site so the trash rode home w us. It would be helpful to have a map as to where things are located. We didn’t purchase the extra pool-amenities pass and that info might have been provided to us if we had. There were plenty of extra chairs in the garage for the beach as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils and cookware you may need, including Tupperware for storage. We had a few issues with Vacasa (loose step on the stairs entering the house, broken towel rack in master bathroom) and never received a proper answer, which was very frustrating. Garbage disposal is strange as you have to carry dirty garbage in your car and drop it off at the dump. No one wants to do that on vacation. Location was ok. Health/fitness club is walkable, but pool and restaurants are not. House would benefit from a keyless entry. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Good furniture. If you want to use the amenities, including the pool, you have to buy passes for each person. You also have to take out your own trash and bring it to the curb or dumpster. The cable wasn't working while we were there. Overall the townhouse was nice and a decent place to stay. ##### Nicole P. We rented this house for a family vacation to start our summer. It was spacious and bedrooms are a good size. The house was relatively cleaned well, however, my daughter found an empty water bottle and some other wrapper under the bed upstairs.
