Our week at Bayside in Fenwick, DE was a wonderful time!! This home was beautiful and so well appointed and extremely clean - one of the cleanest homes I have rented through VRBO. We had 7 people there and there is plenty of room for the max 10 - we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The screened in porch was definitely a hit as well as the outdoor patio and grill. The community is beautiful with every home looking picture perfect - it is a very active community with lots of walkers, dog friendly, lots of people on bicycles and the tennis, pickleball and basketball courts always had some action going on. The amenities package is worth it - lots of activities and things to do - and having the pool options with the bar and food right there is awesome. Being able to fish at the ponds is also a great perk! Fenwick has great restaurants and Bayside is in a great location, easy in and out and close to whatever you may need (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) and a quick drive to Ocean Highway. Location, amendies, beach access, stores close by and the house is perfect. I wanted to review it half way through the trip because I loved it so much. Definitely do the state park beach and there is more in the garage then listed which made our trip. Plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon and a air mattress in up stairs bedroom as well as bathroom mats and kitchen towels.
