"Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso! Sul davanti della casa ampia terrazza dove poter mangiare con vista mare. Proprietario molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto risolto in pochissimo! Sicuramente da consigliare!"

"Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de détente. Merci Valerio"

"Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht: geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, eine große Terrasse, auf der wir unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen konnten und eine Außenanlage mit Liegestühlen unter Palmen... Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Bäcker von besonderer Qualität, im Nachbarort, ein Auto ist erforderlich, auch um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Danke an Christina, die da war, wenn wir sie brauchten."

"Our stay at the villa was fantastic! Valeria was such a gracious host and made the check-in process a breeze. The property’s is literal steps from the ocean (you can see it from the villa!). The town of Pula has many restaurants and attractions and is about a 5 minute drive. Wonderful stay all around!"

"Alles super. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bettdecken Handtücher Gewürze, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hat unseren Töchtern das Spielzeug, die Kuscheltiere und Bücher gefallen. Sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet mit Wickeltisch, Hochstuhl und Babybett. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"This property has a nice back yard with small patio and BBQ grill and table and outdoor seating. Kitchen has all necessities. Living room is small and furnished with sofa sleeper. Nice sized bedroom. We would stay here again."

"The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. The contact from the hosts Antonello & Christina was amazing from initial booking...

"Porto sa Ruxi ist eine ruhige kleine Gemeinde ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt an einer privaten, zugangsbeschränkten Straße. Unser Host hat beim Check-in das Tor dazu per Handy fern geöffnet, anschließend wird das Tor per Fernbedienung geöffnet. Durch die Zugansbeschränkung ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt mittig am Hang. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Der beschriebene Strand ist in 3 Buchten aufgeteilt und die Treppe umfasst 160 Stufen, die sich aber...

"He esperado unos días para ver si cambiaba el anuncio y la información sobre el alojamiento antes de escribir el comentario. Es difícil encontrar el alojamiento porque no hay ningún cartel fuera, se llega a través de una carretera muy precaria. Una vez dentro de la finca igualmente hay más de 500 metros de carretera de tierra con muchos baches. El exterior es agradable y cuidado, con sillones y hamacas, se realizan actividades asiduamente por lo que suele haber gente de fuera. El apartamento en...

"Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Es ist keine Luxus Fewo , es besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage und war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Andrea der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick ist ein Traum , der Strand durch eigenen Zugang in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, Mitte Oktober muss man zum Abendessen in Restaurants immer grundsätzlich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die Qualität des Essens hat dann aber...

"Very nice resort situated right on a beautiful white sand beach. There are a few things that could use some upgrading and improvement but nevertheless we had a wonderful 2-week stay at the family apartment with two young children. The apartment furnishings are very basic. The bottom floor apartment was perfect for us as our kids could run around in the front and back patios. The bathroom unfortunately smelled pretty bad like sewer but we closed all the drains and that helped. The kitchen is not...

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
