"The little house was great for the price. Could be improved by air conditioning. It is very warm in bedrooms and as it was raining could not let in fresh air. One let down…the bedding was dreadful. "We spent a fantastic 6 nights staying on the We Camp Pyrenees site in mid july. For a family of 4 we had a 2 bed cabin with it's own toilet and shower, small kitchen and aircon. Spacious enough for us and had a lovely terrace to sit on. Kitchen area had enough to do simple meals, small microwave, 2 ring hob. We had a pod coffee machine but, I don't think all properties had this. No kettle. Towels were provided. The site was lovely, small shop with fresh bread and pastries (best to reserve what you want the day before). Also sold drinks, crisps, household items and bits and bobs. Supermarket approx 1.5 mile away. Pizza restaurant on site which we didn't have time to try, but looked very good. It was closed a couple of nights due to short staff. Also, brilliant small restaurant short walk away which served Tapas, burgers, traditional spanish food and milkshakes which were all delicious. The campsite was lovely, peaceful and the pool area ideal for kids with 3 slides that entertained us. No inflatables allowed and people do adhere to this. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Also a paddle court on site (can hire rackets and buy balls), football area, table tennis. All the staff were super helpful. Other facilities on site all clean and well maintained such as shower block etc. Also had a washing machine (5 euro large load) and dryer (4 euro) which was handy. "

Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."
