Elle dépend du château de Monteaux et appartient à une société privée. Sa toiture particulière, semble sans équivalent dans le Loir-et-Cher. Les fermes sont constituées de 3 cours de planches formant un arc ogival rapprochées par des clous en fer forgé. Le type de charpente est dit à la Philibert de l'Orme. Ce religieux du 16e siècle est surtout connu pour ses travaux d'architecture.
