Enjoy Bourdaines beach as a garden! The 36m2 apartment (+15 m2 mezzanine) freshly renovated and facing the dune, on the first floor of a small residence with balcony and bicycle storage will offer you all the comfort necessary for a perfect vacation. Restaurants, beach huts, mini golf, children's playground, sports course, tennis court, beach, Aquaparc and shops are located around the apartment.

Reservation information:
- Upon your arrival you will have to pay the deposit worth 400 euros (check given no later than 5 days after your departure).
- Cleaning costs are not included, if you wish to benefit from them please let me know when booking, the costs are 40 euros.
- Animals are allowed during your stay provided that they are up to date with their vaccinations, treated for fleas/anti-ticks and clean. Any damage and/or damage to the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation as well as the presence of parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.) caused by the animal will be deducted from the security deposit.
