On the 1st floor of a 1970s residence, no lift, with private overhead parking, pleasant refurbished 41m2 apartment. Free WIFI.
Classified 2* by the departmental tourism committee in 2020.
Living room/lounge (15.4m2) with extra sofa bed (for 1 child) opening onto a balcony (2.17m2). Fitted and equipped kitchen (6.93m2): ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. Pas mal
Appartement bien meublé et équipé, confortable. Proche du lac et de l’océan. Nous avons tout fait à vélo.
Mais e point négatif : situé dans un ancien immeuble bien tenu mais très mal insonorisé... nous entendions les bruits des locataires du dessus comme si nous y étions!! Je précise qu’il s’agissait d’un groupe de jeunes très bruyants la nuit, et qui ont perturbé notre sommeil plusieurs fois. Le gestionnaire de l’immeuble et les loueurs devraient prévenir tout nouvel arrivant que la résidence est mal insonorisée et donc que la nuit on fait attention par respect pour les voisins.
