On the ground floor, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and all modern conveniences: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher, with a beautiful view of the pond.



    Outside, relax on your private 60 m² open terrace with garden furniture, or in your own garden. A private fishing pond invites you to peaceful moments by the water.



    This former 18th-century stable has been restored to combine stone charm with modern comfort. The independent property is nestled in the green countryside of Nyoiseau, 3 km from Segré. Enjoy fishing, family walks, and explore the surroundings: La Mine Bleue and Parc de l’Isle Briand in Le Lion d’Angers. Within 30 minutes, you can visit Terra Botanica, Angers Castle and city, Châteaubriant, and more.
