Villa Hedonist is a new luxury house just 500m from the sea , beach, store, restaurand and bars. Only 4km from center of Unesco city Trogir, 5km from gas station, 6km international Split airport, 25km from Split. It is brand new full equipped house with 4 rooms , 5 bathrooms,(every room has sat tv and private entrance to bathroom) kitchen, dinning room, day room with huge sofa, balcony with sitting area and suncairs , outdoor heated pool 28m2, jacuzi for 5 persons, infrared sauna, gym with treadmill ,orbitrek , bicicle,yoga ball, weights and boxing bag. In front of the house there is children playground, barbecue, garden. Whole house has a beautiful sea view on beach and islands. Air condition is in all rooms. Parking for 2 cars is at the back of the house and it is free. House also have free wifi in all rooms and video surveillance in front and back of the house.
