Very loud! The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Our booking said breakfast but we were told there was no breakfast for our reservation.

This place is great except for curb appeal of the building it is in! It looks run down and not appealing first impression. But once you go inside it’s very nice and better than many hotels in the area and entire Italy frankly!
Friendly helpful staff, close proximity to temples, good eateries downstairs and FREE parking makes this a great B&B for those driving travelers to the area.
