"216 room. The room had a very bad smell. We arrived late at night, and the lady at the front desk had a very rude attitude, so we didn’t argue and just stayed the night and left as quickly as possible. Two out of the four pillows had a very unpleasant odor—we had to push them aside just to be able to sleep. The kids were really bothered and uncomfortable because of the smell, but since it was very late and we had traveled a long distance, we had no choice but to stay. We will never use this place again."

"Staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful check in was quick and easy and plesant. Rooms were renovated and very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean though the tub either needed to be scrubbed better or needs resurfaced because it looked a bit dingy. Shower head needs to be replaced but water pressure was great and HOT. There is NO fan in the bathroom so it gets really hot in there. The only thing i was super disappointed in was breakfast. All the reviews said it was good but it was awful. there was was muffins, bread, yogurt and cereal...and there may have been apples but they were gone. If they would do a better breakfast selection with at least a waffle maker and some kind of hot food like wggs and sausage they would have a really nice hotel. It was a convenient and safe location to the interstate and well lit. Lots of food choces around as well. Overall a great budget hotel just needs a little tweaking. "

"Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay."

"The room was overall satisfactory however not fully clean when we arrived. There were used bars of soap in the shower, the bed was poorly made (sheets on in the wrong way and came off when sitting on the bed). The WiFi was also not functioning for the entirety of the stay. The breakfast was good and overall cleanliness of the establishment was nice. The cleanliness of the room itself lacked attention to detail. "

"Check in was fine. Pool could be used in an "end of the world" movie...chairs, a ladder are in the pool (no water in the pool) looks like fixing the pool has been years in the making. Room had no extra security lock on the door. Mold behind the door and inside the picture frame on the picture on the wall. Had to send hubby to front desk for towels. Towel rack is falling off the wall. No light bulb in lamp over the desk. No phone in room if we needed the front desk. Only 2 pillows? No breakfast as stated. It was quite though."
