"A very comfortable, convenient, clean hotel right in the heart of town; and only a few minutes walk to the lake.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Breakfast was sufficient.
The only issue I encountered was that the wi-fi was a bit troublesome the last few days.
And no elevator, but I managed.

"The location was peaceful and quiet, surrounded by a beautiful forest. The buildings were new and well-kept, but looked rustic. There was a nice stream, hammocks and grassy areas for the kids, a nice playground, and a restaurant on site with very helpful staff. "
"As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner.
Strongly recommend to take a room with private pool in the winter, it is perfectly heated and gives you an extraordinary experience.

"Booked this hotel as it advertised a restaurant and bar. It had neither. Was told to visit the Truckers Cafe next door. Most disappointing to be honest. The hotel itself was pretty good . "

"The restaurant and food were wonderful, but it would be much better if at least one staff member could speak English or Arabic. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to communicate with them"
"Shame the economy room didn't have a window, since I wanted to hang up some hand-laundry (cyclists will understand). Also the toilet-bidet faucet was broken so I couldn't turn it off fully. It dribbled on and off all night. Didn't stop me sleeping though. All in all it was a fine room; not sure I'd be so happy paying the full price though - it was a discount offer. No breakfast unless I wanted to pay. I didn't think it was worth it."
"Family run business. Had an amazing stay at their Telescope suite in the forest. Clean bed, fresh breakfast and mini bar and hot drink amenities.
