When i arrived at check in, i was not greated in a friendly manner. The English spoken at reception was not good and very broken English. I was not directed how to get my room. Even after asking multiple staff. It took 30 minutes to eventualy find my room, and that was carry my luggage as well.
Most of the time i found the food to be bland, however some evening meals were good. Lunch was reptitive and boring.
The resort did have various swimming pools and child entertainment.
When checking out, i had to pay the receptionist 5 euro to call a taxi. She said this was the asministrative and translation fee. When the taxi arrived he did not know where he was going. I feel robbed by the asian lady at reception, whose name began with an A. Reception staff need a course in English for this place to be better and trained on customer service skills.
I would not recommend this resort to British people.
