Spanning approximately 148 m², the accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and combines the two apartments, WIESENBLICK and VERWEILZEIT, into one spacious living unit that can be booked together.

Two separate entrances, two fully equipped living areas, and two terraces offer exceptional flexibility. This makes WIESENZEIT ideal for multigenerational families, couples travelling together, friends, business travellers, or extended stays.

TWO LIVING AREAS – COMMUNITY AND PRIVACY

WIESENZEIT consists of the two apartments, WIESENBLICK and VERWEILZEIT, which are booked together. Both living areas have their own entrance. During your stay, the entire WIESENZEIT—including both living areas, both terraces, and the private garden—is exclusively at your disposal.

This layout is particularly pleasant when multiple generations, couples who are friends, or families travel together. You can spend plenty of time together while still having the option to retreat to your own living area at any time. It also makes it easy to accommodate different daily schedules.

THREE SEPARATE BEDROOMS

In total, there are three separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds available to you. This means that up to 6 people can sleep comfortably without having to convert the living area into a bedroom in the evening.

Two small, separate closets offer additional space for clothes, suitcases, and personal items—especially convenient for longer stays.

Bed linens are, of course, provided for you.

TWO LIVING AND DINING AREAS

Both bright living areas feature a cosy couch and a smart TV with internet access.

The larger living area serves as the communal heart of WIESENZEIT. It’s connected to the larger of the two fully equipped kitchens and features a spacious dining area that comfortably seats all 6 guests. Here you can enjoy breakfast together, have a hearty meal, plan your next outing, or spend the evening in good company.

The second living area provides additional space and a pleasant retreat—ideal when some members of the group want to relax early or when different daily routines overlap.

TWO FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS

A special feature of the WIESENZEIT are its two fully equipped kitchens. This way, even when the place is fully occupied, you can cook at your leisure, store groceries separately, or prepare meals independently of one another.

TWO BATHROOMS AND A GUEST RESTROOM

For your added comfort, there are two bathrooms available. Both feature a shower and a bathtub. Towels, a hair dryer, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

The two bathrooms are complemented by a separate guest bathroom. Especially when multiple guests are staying, this layout ensures a relaxed start to the day.

TWO TERRACES AND A PRIVATE GARDEN

From both living areas, you have direct access to the respective terrace and the adjoining private garden. The entire outdoor area is reserved exclusively for guests of WIESENZEIT.

Here, you can enjoy breakfast together, relax in the sun, take in the fresh air, or wind down in the evening with a view of the greenery. At the same time, the two terraces offer plenty of space for individual guests who might want to retreat on their own from time to time.

LIVING WITH NATURAL MATERIALS

The living unit was built using high-quality solid wood construction. Natural materials, bright rooms, and a clean design create a calm, pleasant living atmosphere.

The furnishings combine functionality and aesthetics in the style of the Premium Apartments Seekirchen—fully equipped, well-maintained, and designed to make you feel right at home, even during a longer stay.

PEACEFUL LOCATION NEAR SALZBURG

WIESENZEIT is located in Kraiham near Seekirchen on Lake Wallersee, idyllically nestled in the countryside and in the heart of the Salzburg Lake District. The location combines tranquility and nature with easy access to the city of Salzburg.

Lake Wallersee and the other lakes in the region are perfect for swimming, biking, hiking, and exploring. At the same time, WIESENZEIT is an ideal starting point for excursions to Salzburg, the Salzkammergut, and numerous attractions in the Salzburg region.

The accommodation also offers excellent conditions for business travellers and longer stays: plenty of space, two separate living areas, free Wi-Fi, two kitchens, and ample opportunities for privacy.

PARKING SPACES AND WI-FI

Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Laundry Room:
Our laundry room is available to you by prior arrangement. We reserve a 5-hour laundry slot for this purpose. The facilities include a washing machine with detergent, a dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and a worktop for folding laundry. The fee is 30 EUR for 5 hours.

Travel Cot and High Chair:
A travel cot and a high chair, including bedding, can be reserved before arrival. We charge a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay for this. Please contact us well in advance.

Electric vehicle charging station:
An electric vehicle charging station is available by prior arrangement. The charge is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour.

GOOD TO KNOW

WIESENZEIT is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are also not permitted.

Since our accommodation is located in a quiet recreational area, we ask that you be considerate of the neighbors and observe the applicable quiet hours.

Everything you need for your daily stay is provided. All you need to bring are your personal belongings, toiletries, and groceries.
