Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.   
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.   
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.  
Please note our policy for items left behind:  
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.  
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Brought a group of five together to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and the house was great - lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - very well set up for our group with space for more! Views and sunsets were awesome!A couple things of note - while extremely convieniently located in Sedona and easy to get to restaurants and shops, it's right along Airport road so there is definitely traffic and noise. Also, while the wifi seems plenty fast it doesn't seem to fully cover the house and there can be some spots where streaming TV buffers. Overall though we'd absolutely come back to stay especially with a larger group that needed space!

Every detail, from the stunning artwork to the spacious, thoughtfully designed layout, made it the perfect retreat for family and friends.The location was ideal—conveniently close to everything yet offering complete tranquility, surrounded by panoramic views that no picture could ever fully capture. To top it off, our host was absolutely amazing, ensuring every aspect of our stay was flawless.
