Step onto the deck and take in sweeping mountain views as the morning light paints Sedona’s red rocks. The sound of birds and the rustle of trees set the tone for peaceful days spent soaking in the hot tub, reading in the hammock, or gathering by the fire pit under a starlit sky. Inside and out, every corner invites you to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy time with family or friends surrounded by nature.

Four bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility for up to 12 guests. The detached studio is included in reservations with 8 guests. For parties less than 8 guests, the detached studio can be reserved for an additional fee. Three full bathrooms are equipped with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, a central island, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table for eight or enjoy light bites at the bar seating for two. Sliding glass doors open to the deck, where you can savor fresh air between courses. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, and wine glasses.

Living areas
The open-concept living room combines comfort and connection, featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows framing the mountain view. Relax by the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the 50” 4K Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix. High-speed WiFi, books, and board games keep everyone entertained, while children’s toys, books, a crib, and a high chair make the space family-ready.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is a peaceful retreat with a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Children can climb and explore on the playground and climbing structure, while adults lounge in the hammock or chat on the patio. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to spend the whole evening outside under Sedona’s starry sky.

The home offers central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace for year-round comfort. A free washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and WiFi add convenience for longer stays. Parking is available on-site, and self check-in with a keypad ensures an easy arrival.

Located close to Uptown Sedona, you’ll be within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and the famous Pink Jeep tours. Scenic trails and breathtaking lookouts are just minutes away, while Sedona’s quiet hours after 9 pm ensure peaceful evenings when you return home.

Listing Access
You will have access to the entire home. The detached studio, or the 4th bedroom, is not connected to the main part of the house and does not have its own bathroom. The studio is typically for overflow and you are giving automatic access to it if you have over 8 in your party. If you have under 8 in your party, and wish to add this on to your reservation, for an additional fee, please let us know.

The home has a very big driveway with a 2 car garage. There is parking for 4 to 6 vehicles. Code on door for home access
