Great Sedona b&b.
Still finishing a reno, but the guest rooms and kitchen are done and beautiful. Shannon was very helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, some organic. Great lookout on upper deck of the red rock mountains. Even the cot was comfortable.

Great, quiet and scenic location. Unique and very clean home with super friendly staff. The B&B was being renovated and did not interrupt our stay in any way.

B and B means bed AND BREAKFAST
We were very disappointed with our stay at the Dream Maker. We book Bed and Breakfasts because we enjoy meeting and visiting with new people around the breakfast table. We have had such lovely experiences in the past doing this. We were not served breakfast but were given vouchers for the Red Rocks Cafe where we were limited to the "Morning Special". We had to pay for our drinks and of course the tip. At the B and B there was only cold cereal and a few other things. Our morning coffee was from a self serve Keurig. The room was clean and well furnished with lovely views from our balcony but I don't think you should advertise as a B and B when you do not serve breakfast!!

Dreammaker is a gem
The Sedona Dreammaker is a gem nestled in the most beautiful surroundings. Our room was so beautifully appointed and comfortable. We took advantage of the 2 person Jacuzzi tub in our room and found it quite relaxing after our days of exploring. The well stocked common area provided great snacks and drinks as well as sandwich items and fruit for our hikes. I highly recommend this place.

Great positive experience! Quiet, spacious, clean place. Nice mountain view . Close to restaurants and art show, hike trails and center of Sedona (3-4 min drive).Highly recommended.

Nice place with big drawbacks
Nice place but a few drawbacks that colored the stay. Requiring guests to remove shoes before entering isn’t appropriate. Not being able to shot out early sun light not pleasant. Having to drive to a restaurant suggests that it really isn’t a bed & breakfast in my view. And then requiring you to pay for your coffee at the breakfast is so cheap of the owner that it’s offensive.

Not a bed and Breakfast
Not really a bed and breakfast. At most bed and Breakfast places that we have stayed at, they cook breakfast exclusively for their guests, it is part of the experience. We were surprised when we were told that breakfast was not being served at the venue, but they gave us two vouchers to go and eat breakfast at the Red Rock Café, about a mile down the road. Drinks not included in the voucher, and with the voucher, you could only pick from five different options, and those options only included biscuit and gravy, French toast, pancakes and waffles, everything under $7.00. The rooms are nice and the bed comfortable, but for the price, there are other places in the area where one can stay and have a more enjoyable experience. I would not stay at this location in the future.

Thank you, we appreciate all points of view, however serving a breakfast off site really does not disqualify us as a B&B. In fact a majority of our guests love the convenience of time and choice at one of Sedona,s finest local breakfast restaurants. As a point for future guests, the Red Rock Cafe is located within walking distance of our B&B about 1/4 of a mile. Thanks again, we are so happy you chose to stay with us

The Sedona Dream Maker - Tuctu Suite
Great B&B! Small, quaint, felt like we had the place to our self's! Staff was helpful, room was clean and had everything you would need. Only 3 rooms at this place, would never feel overcrowded! Meeting room / lobby had coffee and snacks! Grounds are very relaxing, soul searching YES! We only stayed 1 night and really enjoyed stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
