The Garden Oasis on the National Forest

Welcome to my home! Just renovated, super clean, in a quiet neighborhood 240' from the Sugarloaf trailhead, we invite you for serenity and renewal. Created by an artist (moi) and full of original art, this is a home of beauty. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the sofa, listening to the sound of running water, or book a massage with your neighbor Jacob. We offer easy trail access, fast internet, a complete kitchen, tea / coffee, a laundry area, guide books, free parking.. and peace and beauty.

This is a house of healing, full of light. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, a place to lock your bike, and lots of flowers and greenery. Roll out the door and head 240' up the street to access the National Forest and miles and miles of hiking trails.

A highly respected Sedona massage therapist, Jacob Massey, lives in the studio on the side of the house and can be booked for private sessions. Please be aware that there is some noise overlap between the 2 spaces.

There's free parking in the carport. As to getting around the neighborhood it's best to walk as it's all of 3 blocks.

We purposely do not have a TV. It's about you time, not distractions.

Furniture was broken, requiring us to sleep on the floor. Central air conditioning only blew hot air and overcharged from the air b&b host for frivolous claims.

Incredibly close to terrific trailhead
The Garden Oasis was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sedona. The house is nestled into a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the Sugarloaf trailhead is only about 4 houses away. We walked that trail each evening we were there, and talked about how we would definitely make that walk part of our nightly routine if we lived there. So pleasant and scenic! We enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the property, too, which was comfortable and homey. Peggy was a great communicator when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Great Stay in Sedona!
We had a great escape for a few days in Sedona (wish we could have stayed longer!). The place was better than expected- so clean and cozy. We loved the location, the comfortable home with beautiful views and surrounded by plants to immediately let you take a big deep breath and relax. The house is located a half a block from great trails and spectacular views. Peggy gave us many tips and suggestions to make the most of our short visit (thank you!). We hope to visit the area and Peggy’s cozy retreat again! Thank you Peggy! (Besides local hiking and driving through Sedona to enjoy the red rocks, we drove to Page AZ and yours Antelope Canyon (unbelievable views); Horseshoe Bend (gorgeous); and the Glen Dam Canyon (wow). Sedona is our new happy place!

Clean, peaceful, convenient location
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property, not a bit of dust anywhere. The space felt open and airy, was well lit, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the abundance of indoor plants and natural light, as well as the views of the very nearby mountains. If you want to spend your time outside on this trip, you'll be close to the Sugarloaf and Andante trailheads, which connect you to many other trails and destinations. The neighborhood and home were both incredibly quiet, so if you're not planning to be, this isn't the spot for you- but I was quite grateful for the safe, comfortable retreat spot! Owner Peggy was communicative and prompt with responses, and shared her own thoughtfully composed guide for the area in addition many maps, guidebooks, magazines, etc. Basic furnishings in kitchen, a washer and dryer, plus a carport were all nice to have, as well.
