Over 3400 sq ft of split-level cabin-esque home away from home. Four cozy bedrooms, 270 degrees of wrap around deck, two amazing living rooms, a bonus kitchenette/bar, outdoor firepit, 6-person hot tub, and more. Nestled in the pines less than a half mile from Hwy 89A and walking distance to Whole Foods & a handful of shops & restaurants.

The Space:
A 3400+ sq ft split level home which checks all the boxes. Enter the huge second floor living space with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, cozy wrap around sofa, and a massive floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Immerse yourself in the natural light and stunning wilderness views.
A small step up and you'll find a quaint seating/bar area against a window overlooking the natural forest streambed and our updated, fully stocked kitchen and inside/outside dining areas.
The south end of the upper floor hosts the massive primary bedroom which features a king bed, smart TV, accent chair, patio access and a large en-suite bathroom with tile shower and dual sink vanity.
Rounding out the top floor are two guest rooms with King beds, smart TVs and each with direct patio access and a guest bathroom with tile/glass shower. Step outside into the fresh mountain air and enjoy the enormous wrap around patio with brand new 6-person hot tub for a soak under the stars.

The lower level of the home offers a second living room/game room with foosballl and GoldenTee arcade game, a second stone fireplace, tv and patio access. The third guest suite also shares the lower level and boasts two Queen beds. the remainder of the space features a 3rd full bathroom, laundry room and the an amazing updated bar/kitchenette with wall bar, wine and beverage refrigerators, sink, microwave, pub style seating for 4 and BBG patio access.

Nestled in the pines just North of the W Arizona 89A Hwy in the highly coveted San Patricio Estates neighborhood. Enjoy a casual walk through the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the mountain views and wildlife or take a quick stroll to Whole Foods and a number of shops & restaurants.
ATV & Mountain Bike Rentals less than 0.5 mile away.

Getting Around:
Easy access to the W. Arizona 89A Hwy and just a few minutes from downtown Sedona shopping/dining corridor.
