The Space: This inviting home features a master king suite with an attached bath, offering a private and relaxing retreat. The second and third bedrooms each come with two twin beds that can be easily converted into king beds upon request, making it perfect for families or friends. The updated, fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, while the indoor and outdoor dining areas both seat six, creating the perfect space for shared meals and conversation. The comfortable living area is great for unwinding, and the back and front patios provide additional space for relaxation and enjoying the surroundings. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home or in outdoor areas where smoke may drift into the property. If guests choose to smoke outside, it must be done far away from the property to ensure that smoke does not enter the home. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or smoke odor is found inside the unit. Unauthorized Pets: $500 fine. Pets are not allowed on the property. Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Mail delivery: Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
