We did have an issue with the heating/cooling but the host sent someone out to repair it quickly so that was appreciated. Plenty of seating for all of us. Just be aware that there are stairs required so if you have anyone who has problems with stairs, this may not be the property for you. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is my son had to fix a few things that were not operating correctly. At this price I would not expect that. Excellent location. Kids had a blast with the ping-pong table and foosball table. The steam shower in the master bathroom was by far the best part of the entire house. Would return solely to use that again! Negatives – the water pressure in the house is abysmal. Barely enough pressure to rinse yogurt off of a bowl in the kitchen. The one thing the bedsheets on all of the beds felt like they were blue light special from Kmart. The TV remote did not work at all, so we were unable to use it. ##### Mike H. Called the property management company when we arrived and was told it was due to insurance issues, which is understandable, but definitely felt like a bait and switch given part of the reason we decided on this property was the optionality of a warm fire given the cold temps while we were in Sedona. The house photos prominently feature pictures of the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, and the property amenities include “fireplace” in the listing. They all wanted to see Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We booked this beautiful home in Sedona for a long weekend and took a day trip from there up to the Grand Canyon. It was a nice way to see both places in a short period of time. This home is just as pictured. Plenty of room for a large family or groups of friends. The location is great - close to town, shopping, dining, etc., but remote enough from the crowded tourist area. You can walk to a main destination, the Chapel of the Holy Cross, which is a beautiful, spiritual place. The neighborhood is very nice. The house is charming and comfortable, and you will find pretty much anything you need for food prep, and other needs such as laundry, soap, shampoo, etc. It was very clean. The game room was fun, and we utilized that a lot. The back yard is very large, and gorgeous with amazing scenic views, giving it the feel of being at a resort. The only drawback to us was that on Saturday night while we were in the backyard playing games and some were in the Jacuzzi, we had a “neighbor” yell at us through a bullhorn that we were violating Sedona’s noise ordinance, and that if we were loud the next night, he would call the police. Our response was to say, “We’re sorry, we weren’t aware of this, and we’re going inside now”. We kept it quiet after 9:00 pm the next night and there were no other issues. ##### Bill R.
