You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home. Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization. The house was perfect for us! We had our own space but were close to the other houses. Saw lots of wildlife, javalinas, mule deer, quail, rabbits and lizards. It is on a fairly busy street but there is no noise inside. Great views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. My husband and I stayed for a week. The master bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you need.
