Owner was very easy to communicate with. Property is as described. Only 5 houses away from Sugarloaf trail head at end of the street. Convenient location to several other popular trailheads. Groceries and great restaurants super close. The two person hot tub was appreciated after hiking all day. We love seeing Javelina’s in the neighborhood!!!!
