Two story chalet, landscaped with lawn, flowers, aspen and pine trees, This 3 bedroom (1 queen & 2 full) 2 bath fully furnished house is very “cool and quiet on a corner lot. Central heating and laundry. All utilities included. Upper story deck and back brick patio with barbecue. Covered front porch. No steps to first story.  
Renting for the summer. $2500/month   
No cats  
Small dogs only no more than 2.
