Just perfect!

The house and location were amazing. Truly a gem! From the kitchen to the patio and everything in between, we had everything we wanted and more. The proximity to town and hiking, restaurants and shopping was ideal yet we felt we were in our own world as it was so peaceful. This is by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at! Looking forward to returning!

The ideal lodging to experience Sedona.

The house was awesome. We spent our mornings and early afternoons hiking and sight seeing with our kids, who had never been out west. We would come back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub. In the background we admired the red rock mountains and relaxed. The house was clean and easy to maintain. We loved the decor and furnishings. The abundance of windows on the back side of the house, invited us to the most beautiful sunrises. Check in was super easy. This was an excellent choice VRBO to fully experience Sedona. It was a vacation we will never forget and would highly recommend.

Perfect location perfect trip

The house is amazing. Fully equipped. Clean and organized. The yard is the highlight. The views are just breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were the perfect piece for kids and adults to relax post activities. The fireplace and tv made it possible to cozy up and enjoy the view. There was an issue with the outdoor fireplace, which was fixed within a day. So responsive and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this group again.

Somehow this house was even more impressive in person than in the online pictures (and the online pictures were super impressive). Gorgeous views from the backyard, an amazing pool and backyard outdoor area. The inside was equally impressive with high-end touches and a wonderfully comfortable vibe. 5 stars.

This house is beautiful and the location is an outstanding. I had high expectations based on the pictures listed online, but the home is even more gorgeous in person. The outdoor space is just incredible. The pool is very well maintained and everything worked perfectly (we used the grill, TV, pool). The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. This was such a nice home to relax in after our morning hikes. The location is also a perfect jumping off point to the trails or going into town to grab groceries. If you are lucky enough to book this house, do it. It will be a dream!

Quiet and Relaxing

Great property set against a beautiful backdrop. It was too cold to use the pool and the outdoor areas but the hot tub was great. House had everything we needed and appreciated the private chef recommendation from the concierge tips. Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. Only strange thing is we weren’t aware there is an ADU on property which shares the pool area. This should be clear to renters. It didn’t appear there was a resident in the ADU during our stay so all good.

A great place to recharge before our next adventure

Location is very in very quiet area convienient to grocery (Safeway and Whole Foods), downtown Sedona and hiking trail heads. We really enjoyed coming back to the house in the afternoon after hikes and shopping to sit in the spa and watch football on the outside TV (our recorded games on YouTube TV). Highlights of the trip were the following: Day 1: Arizona Safari Jeep Tours: Rim Run Supreme with Don (locally owned). We liked passing the pink jeeps as our jeep was able to handle the rough roads better. Dinner at Hendersons Day 2: Devil's Bridge hike. Leave the house by 7am for parking and so you don't have to wait too long (we still had to wait about 20 mins) to take pictures of our group on the bridge. Brunch at Secret Garden Cafe in Tlaquepaque Day 3: Brins Mesa trail. The book at the house shows the Juniper trail that is blocked with logs. We went too far and doubled back to find it. Leave by 8am. Not too crowed. Lunch at Hideaway House Dinner at Mariposa
