This cabin was PERFECT for the two of us, a couple in our 70's. Outside of town, away from the hustle and bustle, but most trips into town were 12 - 15 minutes. We had the distinct impression that everything was brand new and we were the first to enjoy it. In a nice, QUIET, residential area in which we felt perfectly safe. I will recommend this to anyone traveling to Sedona.
